What treatments do you offer?

We offer a full range of preventative, restorative, orthodontic, periodontal and cosmetic dental services. These include routine checkups, implants, including full mouth rehabilitation. We’ll help you redesign your smile with whitening and veneers. Please click on TREATMENTS / SERVICES for more information.

Why do you need a credit card for booking?

We require a credit card for booking because it helps ensure that no form of payment needs to exchange hands in the Practice. This is safer for everyone.

How qualified are your staff?

Our Dentists are graduates of respected dental schools, and have all trained in highly-rated programs. They all take continuing education courses in order to stay current with all of the latest techniques and research. They’re led by our Practice Principal - Dr. Ayodele Ayeni, who holds a number of degrees and several fellowships, both local to the UK and of international bodies.

What if I need something that is not listed under your treatments / services?

If the specific service you need isn’t listed, call us or send a message via our chat bot. Chances are we do it. Our experienced Dentists offer a full range of preventative, restorative, and cosmetic care.

Do you see children for treatment?

We currently see children from 6 years old.

How do I book a follow up visit?

At the end of your first visit, we’ll get you scheduled for your next visit before you leave. If you need more time to figure out your schedule, just give us a call afterward on our number below or send us a message. We’ll find you a convenient time.

Can I choose the Dentist / Hygienist I see for my first appointment?

In order to make your first visit productive, we try to keep our Dentists’ and Hygienists’ schedules open until close to your appointment date. Our Clinicians are amazing, and we’re sure you’ll be comfortable and well looked after by whomever you’re scheduled to see. However, if there’s a specific Dentist or Hygienist you want to see, or if you’ve been referred to someone in particular, just give us a call on the number above and we’ll sort it. After that initial appointment, you’ll always see the same Dentist for future visits, unless you want to make a change.

What if I would prefer to choose the Dentist / Hygienist myself each time?

Absolutely fine! Just give us a call on the number above.

How safe is your Practice?

The safety of our members and team is our top priority. Read about the steps we’re taking (especially in compliance with the Department of Health in the management of Covid-19 guidelines .

What happens if I miss my appointment?

Our appointments are in high demand and we reserve our dentists and hygienists’ time just for you. So if you cancel your visit with less than 24 hours notice, we’ll have to charge you a £150 fee. If you don’t make it at all, we’ll have to charge you a £200 fee.

How long do appointments take?

We schedule our appointments with enough time to give you thorough care while also making sure you’re completely comfortable and safe. A comprehensive new patient examination takes about 60 minutes. A whitening consultation takes about 60 minutes. Existing patient recall examination take about 30 minutes. We always end our appointments on time, so you can plan your day around them confidently and stay on schedule.

What methods do you use for whitening?

We use an innovative, clinically proven whitening products, which yields fast, visible results. It contains special ingredients to reduce sensitivity and to quickly whiten your smile. The active ingredients, a special mixture of peroxide and potassium nitrate, will complete the process safely and comfortably.

How much does whitening cost?

How long does teeth whitening last?

This will depend on how you maintain your dental routine after the procedure. Much of this is up to you. Tobacco products, red wine, coffee, and tea can all stain your teeth again. Your bright smile can last from many months to over a year.

Does teeth whitening hurt?

We aim to reduce or eliminate any accompanying sensitivity by the following methods: 1) our whitening gel has a desensitizing element (potassium nitrate). 2) we will provide you with a special toothpaste to use before and after your treatment that’s proven to have high effectiveness in reducing sensitivity.

Is teeth whitening safe?

Absolutely. It is a tested and tried process which has predictable outcomes. The accompanying sensitivity is short-lived and will not damage your teeth, both in the short and long term.

Can I take Dental Insurance?

Yes. Please note that Insurance companies offer different terms, conditions and percentage of cover for various types of treatment. Kindly contact your company's policy document or Customer Service Team to confirm what level of cover they provide.
